I have been going to this clinic or the one on mission for over 3 years. The staff has always been great. The physicians are garbage. They will run multiple tests for the same thing. Like if I give more blood the test results will be different. It took over a year for them to diagnose a food allergy. I injured my ankle earlier this week and Hurley, the on call physician, was convinced it was gout because I had previous test for gout, which was negative. He was rude, condecending and refused to listen to anything I had to say. Turns out that gout test is negative again. Shocking. Turns out that there is infection due to a soft tissue injury. John Hurley didn't bother to even do an examination of my foot beyond touching the top of my toe and seeing that it hurt. Now I will be going to Providence to see what is injured and infected. He has been the worst Dr I have seen in my 37 years. The other doctors I have seen at this clinic are either incompetent or just act like you are wasting their time by being there. So if you want to give them gallons of blood and endure multiple, repetitive tests then go to Spokane Falls clinic or unify community health on cook.

I have been with this clinic for a few years now. I think that when a patient calls to make an appointment for later in the week an appointment should be made. You shouldn't have to wait till the next day to make an appointment. Now I have to go spend the money to go to Urgent Care vs. going an seeing my regular practitioner.

The dental clinic is VERY unprofessional. The only thing that saved it was the nice doctor who was new out of dental school.
