Great staff. They have have helped us protect our business and when we need to make adjustments to our policy, they are quick to make the adjustments for us.

would not recommend the people at this office!!! trick you on payment and rates, will not explain you what are exactly you paying for!!!

Buck and Affiliates is owned by two of the best people You would ever meet! Truly the type of people that you would be able to trust and they are so selective on who they choose to be on their team! Their whole team in personal lines and commercial are all genuinely good people. Their service is beyond what you would come to expect from any company and coming from an insurance and customer service background I come to expect more out of others. I would never switch my insurance to another agency. They have truly earned my business for life and I will always refer friends and family to their agency!

The don't return your calls. Overcharge your account then tell you you get to wait for 10 days for your money back that they stole. Horrible customer service. No apology until I asked for one.
