switched to northtown this year and saved 250 a month on vehicle coverage alone--staff is very helpful-- christie is amazing-- thanks again!!

I switched my policy this last year to North Town Insurance. Best move I could have done. I have 4 vehicles, 2 motorcycles, and RV and my home through them. I was with my last agency for over 15 years. I decided to shop around for better rates and customer service. And I found it. They went to work for me and find the right policies. I now have triple the coverage and saving over $150 a month. Thank You NTI!!!

Christie Graham does a amazing job for this company! She's very pleasant to work with, efficient and prompt! I would recommend her to anyone in need of insurance she does a great job and I'm thankful for her helpfulness.

My name is Sandra Wilson and I'm using my friends page. I had the worst experience ever with Norttown Insurance. No return calls, mess ups on their part, information put in incorrectly, rude workers, waste of my time several trips to their office only to have them make more mistakes. Ruin my insurance history with gaps from their continual information. I was in there every two weeks to correct their mistakes as they continued to take my money. When I was upset their way of dealing is to threaten to hang up when I was angry and refused to let me speak with the office manager. I dealt with this this company for two months of misery. After finally having contact with the Manger she was siding with her employees and refused to keep an open mind to the customers dissatisfaction. So many errors and no solutions. There are two sides to every story and I'm the customer and you have my money and I have the right to express my being unhappy with your service. I thank you for your response see even though it was quite incorrect.

UPDATE Since you don't record your calls it now has become a he said she said. I never used foul language, yes I am and was angry. I find that a simple unbiased call could have settled this matter. But your staff doesn't do this or your office manager. I have every right to be discouraged and upset that the repeated mistakes came from your part. Instead of making an excuse and blaming me, the problem should have been fixed starting with the first mistake and rectifying the problem. You did take my money and therfore you needed to solve the problem not keep creating more problems. The responsibility to handle my Money correctly when you take should have been your first priority. Not the he said she said, look at the paperwork and the mistakes made in your office and make this right.
