This is an amazing venue. The performers they book are wonderful and the staff is so professional and accommodating. I go all the time and can't recommend it enough!

My tickets got jacked up in price? They were bought in July and now just days before the show they're more expensive. Apparently this happened to a lot of people who are not happy about it. There are plenty of other venues around so that's where my$elf and my money will go.

My husband and I are getting ready to celebrate our 16 year anniversary and as a surprise I purchased him tickets for us to see Piff the Magic Dragon. The tickets I purchased were for Piffs Private Party and included seating in the front twos rows and a few other cool things my husband would have enjoyed. Well, today (two days later) I get a phone call from the club telling me that the prices online were incorrect and that they need to charge me an extra $15 per ticket. I stood my ground and informed them the error is on them and they need to honor my purchase. They took my name and number down and then the owner, Adam called me. He informed me that he has refunded my tickets in full and he is refusing service to us. I asked him that because I requested they honor the tickets I had purchased he is refusing my service? He stated that in Washington state he can refuse service to anyone. I am extremely disappointed especially since I did nothing wrong. I didn't cuss, I wasn't rude and I remained calm when discussing this with the people I spoke with. This is unacceptable!

The comedians were very funny. Great venue.The menu choices are poor. I understand keeping it basic but improve on it .
