5 star for Dan and the rest of the drivers ,, as far as the owners / management 0 star ,, they ran the company into the ground ,and shafted all the workers , nice going there schammers

Bates has the best prices ! They are always very helpful . They also seem to have those "hard to find items".

They deliver if you don't have time or can't get to pharmacist. They also have wheelchairs e ct. If you need them

I believe that this is a great place to pick up your meds. I have also had to rent equipment from them and that also was nice to have with a broken knee. Now one thing I need to bring up is that since Obama care been in place they seem to be running out of meds right and left. The delivery great which I tell all my friends about. I also like that they always been so nice to me and my family.

I called about a hernia belt. Danielle helped me on the phone and was very courteous. She located the belt for me, double checked that it was for an inguinal hernia and gave me the price. When I came in the store, once again Danielle asked me if she could help me. She remembered our phone conversation and pointed me right to the belt. She let me use the bathroom to try the belt for fit and I walked out of the store having my pain reduced and peace of mind.
