Overall everyone was friendly, but they forgot to give me my jalapeno poppers then when I returned to pick them up they only offered me a free drink after I told them I have already paid for a large drink he just okay and walked away. Didn't offer me anything else and or even give me a coupon....... which it's fine because it's not about the free stuff but at least show your sympathy one way

Just ordered from here through the drivethru at 2am and DEFINITELY won't ever be back to this location. Would have called the 1800 number to complain but I did not even receive my receipt to do so. The gentlemen working was completely rude. I normally stop at the Jack in the Box on Northwest Blvd and Ash when I get off work but this one is actually closer to my work! Won't make that mistake again. Zero customer service!!!

Kind of hit and miss here.... some days the food is fresh and service is great and other days it's like a completely different restraunt. I still go there, but I am not always satisfied.
