Amazing staff! They were slammed tonight and each one of them was working hard and being polite and full of energy. The food was great and the wait was not long for how packed it was! We have been multiple times now and have had an excellent experience each time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic restaurant. Superb waitstaff and amazing management. Any order not to your liking is immediately made right. Acts like a five-star establishment for sure. Clean and elegant. Greatest place for a dinner in Spokane. I will be returning very frequently. Steaks are the best around.

I have tried 3x to get a to-do order from here. Each time I hope the previous incident was just an off-night. Unfortunately, this restaurant simply operates slowly, very slowly. You can expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your order to be prepared. The food, once it arrives, is reasonably good (not exceptional) and the service too is average. If you're going to spend $25-$35 per plate for dinner, I recommend Anthony's or the Bellweather.

Very clean, sat in the bar area, got our order taken pretty fast and drinks delivered quick. Food was not as exceptional as the price permits. The best part were the bushman's mushrooms. We ordered pork porterhouse and the surf and turf. The pork was overdone and slightly dry. The steak with the surf and turf was good, although the coconut shrimp was over done and I ended up tearing off the coating. We got one refill in a hour and a half. Probably won't be going back. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We felt ignored though and there was only about 5 people in the bar area.

My husband's prime rib was not cooked to his liking and they made it right in a big way. They sent home with us a generous slice of prime rib to his liking. We are very pleased with Outback and will definitely return.
