I tried to order online from a store that is 1.9 miles from my house. Online it said that I am outside of that stores delivery area. I called the store, and they said online was mistaken and I am not outside the delivery area. I asked for the online deal via phone order since the online system said I couldn't order. They refused to honor the online coupon. I told them if they want to play like this I will take my business elsewhere. She didn't seem to care...this was a very bad customer service experience.

Register person was stoned and could not count accurate change back. He was super confused on a 20 dollar order....

Even though our order was wrong, the manager took full responsibility for the mistake and even had the delivery guy bring us the correct order. BTW, they only had one driver at the time, so for them to go above and beyond to fix the problem. Thanks! Our family will definitely come back. Just wish I remembered the managers name. He was very professional.

My order was slightly messed up, but Hannah was very sweet and totally made up for it. She had us another pizza on the way shortly and a complimentary soda. She went above and beyond, and I believe she should be recognized for her exceptional customer service. On a side note, it was 10pm but the pizza was super fresh and hot.

3.33 for delivery fee?! It keeps going up... quality is low usually. I almost feel like on certain days they use old ingredients or give you old pizzas. Only about 1 out of 4 tries is it any good. Otherwise it looks and smells kinda gross. Better than the other places here but that's not saying much.
