They opened at 10:00 am. I went there at 10:15 to buy a pretzel dog but they didn't have any ready. I asked how long will it be for a pretzel dog, she said 10 minutes. I told the lady I'll be back. I came back at 10:45 still no pretzel dogs. I waited right there, it was finally ready at 11:10. This is not a cook to order place so this is unacceptable!!!!
