Whole experience was very par. You go for the experience and our chef was not exciting or entertaining at all. A meal of over $300 for a family of 5, and the food isn't that special either. I ordered the filet and scallops and received a small amount of steak and 2 scallops, all for $35 or so. Would have been much better if the chef knew what he was doing. Good thing about the chef, he did cook tbe food very well though! We won't be going back there again, not for that price and what you get.

Took my mom for her birthday got the birthday treatment they put her picture on the wall behind a waterfall plus extra food and dance for only $7

Absolutely the worst service I have had. Front desk person is doesn’t even hide the fact that she is unhappy to see you. It is the equivalent of walking into an Los Angeles DMV. If you have ever been to a Benihana, you will know this food is substandard, at best. I asked to see a manager and he never presented himself dispite me waiting for him 20 minutes. I left my number and he never responded. We were seated and our food did not start until after one hour AFTER our salads. At that point you feel vested and they didn’t even tell you there would be a wait for the chef and food. I have to attribute this to poor management. I won’t be back and I would recommend you spend your hard-earned money at a quality restaurant.

I have gone here for my birthday for the last 15 years. Prices are not cheap, but it is 2017 and prices are high everywhere, especially at a hibachi steakhouse. It is located in a part of town that has gone downhill since the Costco across the street moved into the valley. Overall it is a great experience, one that keeps me coming back year after year.

Didn't even get the chance to eat here before I was ignored by staff and everyone was sat within 3 minutes of entering when we walked in together and I sat there for 30 minutes till the front desk girl asked if I needed a table and then said she would only seat me in a half hour if I knew what I wanted to order right then. This place is a joke with horrible customer service. Great first impression shogun, I'll never eat here.
