The potential to earn a 5 star rating. Service was horrible, food was really good, but the vegies were way to large. Booth seats were Really dirty. No offer to refill water. No napkins when asked.Bill was wrong, and card was ran on another table. Hummm. I do hope they find some balance. Great atmosphere, easy parking.

Very slow service. Waited for 40 minutes to get our food. My friend got only half of the plate he actually ordered. Lighting is nice, but sometimes it got too dark to even see the food.

I ordered from this restaurant on Seamless, paid $4.00 tip on top of a $6.99 delivery fee and never received my food. When I called the restaurant, the manager played dumb and told me there was nothing he could do...he said I should call the police...meanwhile in the background his staff was yelling profanities. NOT EVEN HAVING TRIED THE FOOD, THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND IF JUST FOR THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thai Bamboo is the Shari’s of Thai restaurants. Their menu is heinously long, and strangely still lacks a decent variety in most categories. While they’re a fan favorite in Spokane, I would attribute that to the over-Americanization of their dishes. Most dishes are far sweeter than one would hope for in any form of Thai cuisine. The sweetness is so intense, that even when I have ordered a dish at “Thai spicy”, a level above even 5/5 stars on their spice scale, the sweetness still cuts through. This leaves me with an unsatisfying level of spice, akin to perhaps a 3-star at an authentic restaurant. Overall, their food is not bad, and service is usually favorable - the food simple compares to actual Thai cuisine in much the same way that Taco Bell compares to Mexican. In summary: what they make, they make decently, but I would never call it actual Thai food.

Our server was very helpful and the food is just amazing! I love it and don't mind the prices because the give you a good amount of food and lots of meal with your order! My husband's and my favorite date night. Also their decor is very inviting and fun
