Stopped here for a drink and a snack before seeing a movie at the IMAX. Had a huckleberry lemonade, which is exactly what I needed after touring downtown on foot. We had a hummus plate and bruscetta flatbread, which were very tasty and actually big enough for a meal.
The atmosphere was pretty laidback, probably in part because it was early afternoon on a Friday, and the mall wasn't too busy yet. The staff was all very nice. Attentive but not obnoxiously over-helpful. A nice place to hang out and people watch the street below.

I am a regular customer at Twigs and usually LOVE my experience, but tonight I went with a group of friends for happy hour and had the worst experience I've just about ever had. Our food was undercooked and sloppy when it came out, then while we were still eating our waitress began clearing our table and came back around 5 times removing everything from our table. I understand it was close to closing time, but we were paying customers. I've come in several times at that time and never been treated like that. Terrible service and food.

Very much a bored white upper middle class vibe to this place. Everything is inoffensive. Cocktails are decent, beer selection errs to satisfy middle aged guys who think a Blue Moon is an adventurous choice.
