Clean and food was good. Had two poor experiences with Frosties at other locations but this one ended that streak. Customer service could use some work.

We went to Wendy's for a late lunch/early dinner. I stood at the counter for 12 minutes. No one in front of me, no one meaning the register. Four employees (cooks?) Were on the back line talking and laughing. I tried to get their attention multiple times, they looked at me and did not respond. Finally I
YELLED. A girl came out with a headset on (drive thru). She said she'd look for the cashier.
The cashier was cleaning bathrooms.
What? No one else can even acknowledge a customer?
The food was decent (when we received it, 12 minutes after ordering, a half hour from first walking in).
I'll never return.
Unprofessional, disinterested and plenty of other places to spend my money. We rarely eat fast food, and this visit underscores why we don't.

Great people working here very friendly. The best staff at a fast food joint I have ever seen day in and day out. I work close by and eat here more often than I would like to admit they have yet to mess up my order. The food prepared here is the best of any Wendy's I have eaten at. Top notch fast food and service.

My experience in Wendy's for.lunch was spectacular. Even though they were in the middle of a peak rush an employee apologized for our orders being late. If that was late I wish all fast food service was late. She gave us complimentary shakes for having to wait. She didn't have to do that. She definitely went out of her way to make all the patrons feel welcome and the most important Customer she has had this day. It was very nice to be treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Wendy's on Sprague I'm home depots parking lot. You Rock.
