Seriously crappy work for my 16 yr old. They told her it would be 25 for the picture of the nails she wanted but when they were done they charged her 30. The women at the front said the "new girl" didn't know the prices. Just because they didn't have an adult with them They took advantage of them. I called the shop when I got home and was told that "she no know right price". They refused to admit that they were wrong or to return the money. Also they wouldn't cut the nails short as my daughter wanted, as she can't have long at work and made her nail beds super sore.

They didn't remove all the nail polish before painting my toenails. Also didn't massage all the lotion into my legs leaving them greasy. Bummer experience

I've been going here for years and I usually don't do reviews but today really made me mad, first off I showed the lady what I wanted and said ok to the gel I wanted them to last longer I was told it would be 32$ then she asked me if I was sure I could afford that, then when I explained to her I didn't want my cuticle's cut she informs me that it will be 10$ cheaper than once again asks me if I can afford it, then she was asked I guess in the language that they speak in not English how much my nails cost she replies 25$, my daughter pays ( didn't know she was paying) and then they inform me I owe another 5$ and made a big deal of it, I was embarrassed, and my daughter left her a nice tip, so I ended up paying 30$ for my nails to be painted( I have natural long nails) with gel no menicure, will not be going back

I would like to give this place of "buisness" NO STARS but in order to write a review unfortunately I have to give a star. I came in this place with my sister in law so she could get a pedi. Well it's no secret I have a broke foot when I'm walking around with this massive boot, but normally I myself go to "omg nails" in the valley off Sullivan (5star) so I'm used to sitting next to whom ever I'm with in those comfy chairs... I proceeded to walk to the chairs with her to conversate and they told me to go sit by the door 😯😠 NEVER AGAIN

So I normally don't give reviews, but this last time was horrible and is almost keeping me up at night..given the fact I'm posting this at 330am.
OK 3 reasons why you should NEVER go here and have lost my service....

1.Clipped my nail so low that the corners are actually hurting on one toe. Made it bleed and didn't apologize or seem responsible. I didn't say anything to my friends and we got into the car and she said "gosh I hope I don't get it ingrown toenail they clipped so low" so my obviously response was.. "Oh goodness me too"

2. When you're clients are finished getting the pedicures please give them shoes or something to walk across a dirty floor to dry their feet. Or at least make the clients feel comfortable. If they feel uncomfortable doing so, offer them shoes NICELY. We we're rushed so quickly to get over to the dryer. I wanted to say "what was the rush?" there was absolutely nobody in line and it wasn't even close to closing time.

3. This was the worst by far.. My friend had just been picked up from the Air Force base from a deployment, serving our country in many dangerous situations. There was not need to tell everyone we saw, she is very humble and when landed just wanted a pedicure. When we finished, we simply asked "do you give military discounts" (which is rare we even ask that).. And a simple "no, sorry we don't" would have been good enough...BUT this was the cashiers response verbatim "no, we pay taxes so we don't need to support our military"...WHAT?!? And HOW RUDE?!?.. My friend shook her head and didn't respond negatively, she was shocked. She said all she could have said was "no, sorry we don't" and it would have been fine with us, no offense taken.

If you support our troops, don't want to feel rushed, and want a good pedicure DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I was shocked because I went here in collage and enjoyed it, but something has changed and the whole military thing just was disrespectful to people who are fighting for our country. No discounts needed, but simple BE NICE! You have lost my service and so will have lost so much more.
