The van was fine and one of the lady's that helped me check out was good...but the lady that stood behind her was horrible rude and a lil condescending...as I have multiple cars all with full coverage insurance...and before I rented this time I did some research before I went about the ability to use my own insurance instead of paying for the enterprise insurance....that said normally I just pay for the insurance cuz really I just don't care....but this time I wanted to see if I could just use my own insurance and all the info online was saying I could do that. So I get there to rent my car...and when I was talking to I think the manager.. She was very rude and very matter of fact about my ability not use my own insurance and that I HAD to pay the 120.00$....she argued with me for a good ten mins how I couldn't and I had to pay for the enterprise insurance....so I walked out and called my own insurance and talked him to see if that we something I could do with my insurance, so after I asked my agent and he said oh yes should be no problem at all lol so I asked him if he would be willing to talk to the enterprise lady..he said yes so I walked back in handed the "manager" lady my phone so she could talk to agent then she proceeded to be rude to my insurance agent on the phone when he told her it work and just carelessly drops phone on the desk after she was done talking she didn't say another thing to she just stood there and stared at
Me all mad looking tell she walked off into the back room

We had extremely excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door to pick up our reserved rental until we dropped off the car 7 days later. The Manager of the store was knowledgeable with every aspect of the rental process. The vehicle & price we rented was perfect for our travel needs!!! We will be back!

I was on vacation from California and needed to travel from spokanne to Port Angeles and thats literally across the entire state of Washington, enterprise went above and beyond to make that long drive comfortable and stress free. I was little nervous being that i was coming from out of state but i made my reservation ahead of time. When i arrived at enterprise there was an issue with the type of the car i reserved wich was an economy vehicle. They upgraded my vehicle at no charge and even comped the gas upon my returning the vehicle. They apologized for the slight delay and did everything in their power to make sure i was satisfied. The manager Sam assured me on the phone Everything was set and would be ready for me when i arrived from out of state. Every one was super friendly and accommodating. I will definatley only use Enterprise whenever I am in Spokanne!

I have been using Enterprise Rent a Car on Sprague in Spokane Valley for years now. Their staff has changed many time over the years as they train young professional on the duties and responsibilities of running a very busy business that relies heavily on customer service. Time after time they never disappoint in their delivery of the right vehicle and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend using them for your rental card needs.
