No one knows what's going on... every time I come here someone tells me something different and it's a power trip one person argues with me on where I should pick someone up and then next time I come the suggested area from the previous time is against the rules. It's almost like no one communicates on what is expected or rules for transportation. If their care is similar I would never put my family members up here.

My grandfather's experience was terrible. It was very cold because the heat only kicks on at night. The food was as bad as jail food. Also my grandfather has gone with out his meds for a week because we have asked the reseptionist to fax his Meds to the pharmacy and it still hasn't been done. Have called 3 times in the last week!
