Awful clinic. I’m a physician. I accompanied extended family to one of their appointments here twice and I was not impressed with the level of care or competency on any level. I addressed my concerns with admin and then was approached by the clinic administrator who, I’m certain, was equally incompetent from an administrative standpoint. She seemed to lack even the most basic understanding of the business of medicine, health care professions and how a clinic should be run. Every organization and clinic I’ve ever worked for had medically trained (typically RNs or higher) clinic administrators. Apparently CHAS has a general lack of medically trained personnel in admin (from the bottom all the way up to the board) and it shows.

Not crowed and they have new doctors ... .for once I found a doctor that listen to what I was sayen. ...and he wasn't offended some docs do..they went to collage for yrs...yes. but it's my body. And I kn every ach and pain. And can tell when something isn't rite..I'm very pleased with the entire staff

Wonderful staff! Great care at affordable sliding scale. Extremely helpful in finding all the care you need.

Great clinic, great doctors, nurses. My only concern is that they won't tolerate you being even 5 minutes late. Previous doctors at other locations have allowed 15 minutes late.

My provider, Kathryn Moore, transferred out here from downtown. I was given any opportunity to stay in her care so I took it and that's how I've become familiar with Valley Clinic. Compared to downtown, I don't think it could be more different...in a good way. The only reason I didn't give five stars is cuz if you miss two appointments in a lifetime, from then on you are no longer allowed to ever schedule appointments again. The ONLY way to see your provider is on same day appointments which through CHAS is next to impossible so they mine as well just discharge from care if two appointments are missed since you probably won't be able to be seen anyways.
