Providence Family Medicine

Was charged $200 to initiate services; however, that wasn't for this location, turns out it was for a specific doctor, who left very shortly after and now they aren't accepting patients.

So, in short, paid $200, saw my doctor twice, he left and now I'm told that Providence Family Medicine will no longer be my provider. If they were to continue to be my provider, it would cost me another $200.

Called to set an appt.. asked if they toke medicare they said sure and we set an appt. got to office 10 min. before appt. an was told we dont take medicare for that doctor and the receptionist was rude like it was my fault or the worlds fault she had to deal with it. Anyhow I filed a complaint with the BBB & will never do business with this company again.
