Excellent front desk staff. Very professional and courteous. Lab technicians are very skillful at phlebotomy. Clinic is well organized and there minimal wait times. Provider (Dr. Sestero) is excellent--thorough, conscientious, smart, responsive, caring, etc. I highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr Sestero but this office is so uptight about pain medication. You have to have an amputation to have them consider prescribing a opiate. They are caught up in thinking everyone will become a addict. Other than that they are wonderful.

Dr Yates and his RN, Susan, are wonderful. I feel very lucky that I blindly chose Dr. Bryant for my primary care physician after moving here from Illinois. He is outstanding and so is she!
The only negative I can think of is sometimes you have to wait a little while on hold if you call on a Monday. I think this is pretty typical for most health care providers on Mondays though. They do have a voicemail option where you can leave you number and they call you back so that helps.

I am a new patient and made an appointment for my son on a Thursday afternoon for the following day. A conflict came up Thursday so I called as soon as they opened on Friday to reschedule. Their office manager, Tom, called me and asked why I cancelled. I told him why, and he responded by saying he didn't like my reason and that no doctor in the office would EVER see my son. I was speechless. I told him his response was shocking and senseless. I told him I had never remotely heard anything like what he said in my 20+ years with Group Health. His response, "Then why don't you just go back to Group Health?" The doctors here may be good, but their office manager is tactless and unprofessional. His name may be Tom, but he's a complete dick.
