Friendly staff and great rooms. The price was a little high for an extended stay hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no kitchenware in the rooms. You can bring your own or buy some from the store in the lobby.

When I get a room, I always make sure to do a walk through and see what's clean and isn't. This place was clean. The price was reasonable. I believe it was $260 for two nights with a kitchenette and double queen. Wifi available. All the basics you need in the room. During the day there was ample staff around for assistance if you needed it. At night, I think there was only one gal to help with everything, so if she wasn't around, just wait a few minutes and she will be back. The staff was very friendly and told you of activities going on in the area. A car show and races the weekend we were there. Didn't go, but it was nice that she would bring it up. Laundry service on site, also a little "store" which was more like a large pantry but it seemed stocked with plenty of snacks. Not sure on prices, I didn't get anything. I'm sure I will stay there again.

Room was nice and well maintained. The room I used had two queen size beds, bathroom, and a small kitchen. Overall I enjoyed my stay at My Place.

Loved it, an extended stay hotel but can just do one night. Takes pets. Full size fridges, stoves, big bathrooms, clean, loved the people behind the desk and the cleaning staff was friendly too.

The location is handy to all our favorite spots in Spokane. The rooms have a full kitchen and clean, comfortable beds. The service was friendly and accomodating. It doesn't have the pool, fitness center or conference rooms as in some motels, but it has everything we want in a motel while traveling.
