Speed is everything when people come for lunch break. Love my and my wife's write ups for being back late. Guys suck. No kidding sat in line for 35 minutes then didn't have time to eat.

Went in asked for a coffee waited 7 mins got a cold watered down cup. Went back in asked for warm coffee waited 10 mins more then one of the girls that was yold to make the coffee didnt ! Very long wait and bad service, they need new help or a better floor manager.

Not very friendly service, don't listen to food orders very well and mess up a lot. Freezes machine is broke down and hasn't been up for months in these hot days.
Could do better in my own opinion for service and quality.

when it isn't extremely busy, they do great service. I like the game kiosks at some of the booths for the kids to play on. Easy to keep them entertained while waiting for our food.

This burger king is horrible. Takes 10+ minutes to even order food and another 10+ minutes to get food. I only ordered 2 items. The front lady was so backed up, yet no one came to help her. Not even the manager. They only have 1 pace and thats slow. Not the first time with this problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
