Friendly staff, good food. If something isn't right, they make it right. It's not cheap, but cozy atmosphere. Good bar service. They offer coupons to help with the cost.

Had drinks and dinner with a friend. Want to thank Aaron our bartender. He rocks!! Food was awesome like always. Will definitely be going back to see Aaron again.

Went here just after noon. They had no problem with a gluten allergy and were really cool with substitutions. Our server was very friendly but not intrusive, nor did we feel rushed. The food was great across the board; we had the Alice Springs chicken, fish tacos, and bacon burger and there were no complaints. The place was very clean and the music at the perfect level. We will definitely be coming back.

My family took me to Outback Steakhouse in the Spokane Valley to celebrate my birthday. It was the worst experience I have ever had there. First they were out of Fish and Chips which one member of our party wanted. Then after placing our order, including a Bloomin Onion, we were told they were backed up and the onion would be comped. Ok that was nice of them. Then the waitress came back later to inform us they were out of mashed potatoes which two of us ordered. How do you run out of mashed potatoes at 5:30 PM. When the orders finally arrived the steaks were all under done. I ordered my steak medium well. It was medium to medium rare along with my daughters who also ordered medium well. Another steak that was supposed to be medium was between rare and medium rare. They also forgot to bring my vegetables. As I say, just a horrible experience. The Manager needs to pay more attention to what is happening in his/her restaurant. We will not be going there again!!

The steaks were awful. The service was mediocre. We ordered a rib eye and prime rib. The prime rib was stringy and the rib eye was soggy. When the manager realized that we were not happy he came over to the table and asked us what was wrong. Then he said that he would discount our meal. He gave us 15% off. Big deal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
