This restaurant no longer exists as the Puerto Vallarta as ownership changed and it is now La Cabana. It has the best fresh chips (made on site) and salsa of any Mexican restaurant in the area. It has a nice bar with friendly bartenders. Negra Medello beer is on tap! The style of food served changed with the ownership and I am not as fond of what is presented now, but there are plenty of good things to eat. Go in to the bar and have a drink and the chips and salsa are complimentary. You won't be sorry.

I ordered a taco salad for my wife and a 3 enchiladas meal for me to go. The staff was overly generous and threw in an extra side of rice and beans, which tasted really, really good. We also got our chips and salsa, which was really good as well. My meal was surprisingly still warm (11 degrees here and a 10 minute drive back to the hotel) and delicious as was the taco salad. You can definitely tell when a business wants to retain customers. Everything was top notch. I have been to the one in Lacey and both restaurants are some of the best Mexican food you can have. We will be returning to the one in Spokane Valley in the future.

This is the best service you will find in any restaurant in spokane. The food is absolutley amazing as well. Amazing service, amazing food and it's fairly inexpensive. You can't go wrong with this choice.
