The female running the drive told me that the bacon cheeseburger I had ordered could not come as a meal (combo) and tried to charge me seperatly for each item. When I got to the window I asked her why the burger, fries and Pepsi couldn't be a combo and asked if it would be cheeper as a combo and she stated that she had misunderstood and would make it a combo, she did not answer my question about a price difference. Then told me the price, which was $3 more then she had origionally said. I asked her why it was more expensive as a combo and she became confused. She eventually figured out she had added a combo but had forgotten to remove the individual items. The whole interaction was veru frustrating. In addition I asked for no mustard, they wrote on the wrapper " - M" however my burger still came with mustard. The low quality of the food here and the lack luster customer service are why I won't be coming going back.

I hate pickles! I specifically asked that NO PICKLES be on my 1/2 pound hamburger (a take out order). Got home and what did I find on my burger? Yes, pickles. Food is pretty good at Ron's, but this isn't the first time they've messed up an order. Will probably discontinue going there if simple orders can't be delivered. Really, how hard is it?

Really nice people. Great fish n chips. A little bit expensive for a hamburger joint.

Ron's hamburgers have their own flavor, which I feel sets them apart from other burger places. It's a unpretentious, casual, fairly clean, good burger joint. Help is well trained and courteous. Drive thru wait is unusually long, but worth it. Overall, good flavor at reasonable price.

Great service. Gal was very nice and genuine, seemed to care about satisfaction. There was a problem with my order but she fixed it right away no questions asked.
