We ordered Schlotzsky's via UberEats amid they left out 25% of our order. The Uber driver was kind enough to try to help us work it out while our 5 year old was left without dinner. When we spoke to Schlotzsky's they offered to "throw in" a drink and a cookie with the missing kids' meal, which would have been nice except for that the meal already came with those items and we had already paid for them. The Schlotzsky's manager then proceeded to complain that it was practically like those items were free because their supplier only pays them once a month. Not my problem! If those items aren't included in the price, then don't list them on the menu as such. Piss poor, inept, apathetic service from Schlotzsky's. They've lost a family of customers for life.

The best sandwiches!!!! Everything is so fresh. So tasty. The bread is Udin and absolutely the best!!! They are quality, the essence of quality. The chili is soooo good. It's perfect!!! Eat here now!

Love Schlotsky's! Don't have one close to home, so we always stop at this one. Just finished the sandwich for dinner that o had for lunch. Still great!

Super great food and friendly staff. They have a great menu selection. Fresh everything is nice too.

This is a pretty good sandwich shop. You're going to pay or more for your sandwich but it's a decent sandwich. They are are far from the best in Spokane, but they're all so far from the worst. I would say try it because everybody has different taste.
