Although the food was delicious, the service was mediocre. One server was terse and erratic; the other was warm and congenital, but as a whole, the restaurant was understaffed. A simple acknowledgement from the server would've been a sufficient apology for the lack of good service.
The service varies day by day, based on customer turnout, but I still come back when I crave excellent Indian food.

Friend took us here- first time. Very good service, tasty food. Much better than the other place. Nan was so yummy!

Our favorite Indian restaurant in greater Spokane. The other Indian restaurants are very good as well, however the kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the restaurant, and updated decor at TOI make a difference. Very nice place!

It's a nice little restaurant. I was surprised at how modern and cute it is inside. The food and service were great! I will be going back!

I was here twice in a week for the lunch buffet. I'm a vegetarian, my only negative comment is that the buffet has limited options for vegetarians, but generally the quality of food was good, flavorful and fresh. The Naans are not served to your table but were pretty warm and fresh. The decor is modern and neat. In light of the limited options for Indian food here, I'd say it's okay.
