Elements Massage

I do not recommend Elements in Spokane Valley. I paid for a 90 min massage, I received about 65 minutes instead. The front desk didn't care that I was disappointed, I emailed the business and never received a response. The massage itself was not very good, it was not the professional massage I was expecting. There was not a connection with the therapist at all and her technique was a little awkward. The Elements promise or guarantee is a joke.

Great atmosphere. Very friendly. I am still trying to find just the right massage therapist. There has to be a connection. Going February 4th for another try.

Amazing massage therapists. Offer a huge variety different techniques and therapists that specialize in what you are looking for are easily recommended. It is a busy place so appointments are a really good idea but you can get lucky and call and get in same day. I love there memberships, they make massages way more affordable ie I can get them more often.

Cheralee is an excellent therapist. Her reflexology is the bomb!! Reception is always welcoming and very professional. The whole place runs like a well oiled machine but with a personal touch!
