They are very kind and gentle to my cats,and yes they microchip them before you bring them home

I took my 4 lb Chihuahua to Pet Savers for her alteration. When I dropped her off I was sobbing uncontrollably and I'm sure most people in the waiting area thought I was having her put down because of the way I was acting but I was just so scared for her because she is so small. The staff was so nice and assured me they would take great care of her. They Called me as soon as she was out of surgery and let me know how well she did. I recommend Pet Savers to Everyone with fur children. ♥

I took my little kitten here to get fixed and not only were they super nice (and willing to reassure me, being a worried pet owner) the place really clean and inviting. They took really good care of my kitten. I'd go back.

This place is AMAZING...just recently I lost my cat Chloe and they were so amazing and helpful...Caye drove me and my cat to a vet where she could get overnight care but she passed away that night due to sepsis...I only dealt with Jamie and Caye and they were both amazing and caring, they went well above and beyond what was expected but it was very much appreciated...thank you so much...RIP Chloe Marie you will forever be loved and remembered...
