The food was great and customer service was cordial and nice. The only problem was that, even though it wasn't crowded, it was exceptionally slow.

Good food, good atmosphere. We sat outside, nice and cozy. We've also been during the live entertainment. That Ethel Lee and her band are superb!

Good and drink is good. Location is fine and live music is nice. The tip situation is poor and it impacting the customer experience. I was sat at the bar, had a drink waiting for colleagues to arrive for dinner. I had to pay at the bar to give a barman a tip. I then had to wait for my server to get service because of the staff getting tips. It was disappointing that I had to wait when staff are standing around.

I received Quick Service. Got take out an order a pizza skins to go. It's like an appetizer of pizza with mashed potatoes and cheese and bacon and sour cream. Looks good made fresh. I had several specifications as far as keeping the bacon on the side and ask for an order of blue cheese on the side and seltzer water with lemon and lime on the side. They accommodated everything and we're patient with my request and very friendly. Today was a good experience.
