I rented the car in Boston and discovered a slow leak in my back right tire while in Amherst- far from Boston. I called this budget office in nearby Springfield, MA and Paul, the manager, was so helpful. He didn’t have a car to trade but quickly offered to have the tire repaired for me. It was amazing peace of mind and lovely service to have that resolved before my next drive to NY. Thanks!

Definitely had a good experience with them, only complaint they need more than one person working there. Although the guy that was there was very courteous and helpful
