His assistant told me to sign a bunch of paper and said not to worry. "it's just a check-up, she said, insurance usually covers it. I asked specifically that i was not intending on purchasing anything, I did not want to be charged for anthing. I was just there because my orthodontics referred me there, i was very careful to asked that the tell me ahead of time if something cost something before they "administer" it on me. she said I should be fine, even if the insurance dont cover my "check up", it will just be 28 dollars but 'Honey, you should be fine'. (i thought, ok, 28 $ doen't sound that bad- worst case scenario) saw him for 5 minutes (not exaggerating) to talk about something I could have easily googled, got a bill in the mail for $128 to pay out of pocket. $128 for 5 minutes, He did NOTHING
