The Staff is incredible. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We never have to wait to be seen and when we had a bracket emergency, a staff member met us in the office closest to us, even though that office was closed on that day!! We couldn't be happier with our experience and our sons teeth are beautiful.

I have known Dr smith now for over 20 years. Being in this office is like being taken care of by family. Everyone will go out of their way to help you, to make you feel comfortable, and to give you a truly amazing smile! My niece loves to come to the office too!

I myself have had such a great experience with all the staff here as a patient that it motivated me to attend Dental Assisting school. I now have both of my children in treatment with Dr. Smith as well. Can not say enough about how all the staff members make you feel like you are part of their family each time you are in for a visit.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at an office! The front desk staff was truly amazing ! They were so patient and kind. I felt like everyone took their time and helped answering all my questions. Dr Smith was great with my son and gave us his recommendations. I truly feel like he has our best interest in mind!

Dr. Smith and his staff show exceptional customer service. They are extremely personable and frequently go out of their way to ensure patient comfort. I can be extremely neurotic and anal retentive when it comes to working in mouth and I have had NOTHING but the the best experience with all of the staff here. If you're looking into orthodontics, I strongly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. A++ service!
