I have all me dental work done there now, they use to have a girl named sonya as the manager and she was horrible, she smelled bad and was always so inappropriate and touchy, even with children; gross.
The new manager Kesha is very pleasant, as are all the people that work there. I'm happy they are a family friendly office again and I recommend them to all my friends because they are nice and do excellent work.

Felt shady and like a sales pitch. Came in for a cleaning and was given a treatment plan totally about $1200 which included an electric toothbrush on one of the line items that I did not want. I see the dentist every 6 months and only went here for convenience of an evening appointment. I did not have periodontal disease 6 months ago. I walk into aspen and I have bone loss and need scaling etc. when I asked to just schedule a regular cleaning for now and think about The deep cleaning I was told they legally and ethically could not just do a cleaning because my treatment plan. How much sense does that make? What dentist would rather do nothing for a patient if they didn't want the aggressive treatment? Isn't a cleaning better than nothing? Financing was suggested more than once. Financing was not my issue but the gut feeling I had was. Will not return or recommend Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone knows my name. My treatment is always explained clearly and thoroughly. I always take the hygienists advice when it come to home care. Judging by her professionalism I'm confident she knows what she's taking about.
