Okay When This company first started I was hired back in 2013 as a receptionist and was promoted as an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant. The C.E.O and D.O.N was wonderful and still remain wonderful. Yes the company has alot going on but then again its Homecare. And Company was growing. So it got busier and busier. I really dont like the negative comments posted below. The Hiring manager need to hire strong candidates that could multitask and get the job done right so the office could run smoothly. Overall the office its great but needs better improvement in management. Thank You

This company is the most disorganized and sloppily ran company I have EVER dealt with, The "staff" that they sent for my mother's cate changed all of the time, they were late, sat around and texted and watched TV and had to go outside and smoke every half hour, i also believe some items may have been "lost" and still missing. When you call the main office you have people who have NO IDEA what the hell is going on, I talked to someone named Cindy's who was VERY rude and someone named Deb who wasnt much better, I was told the owner was going to help with all of the issues but once again a big ZERO

IF YOU NEED HELP WITH A DISABLED OR ELDERLY PERSON. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!
THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF ARE TERRIBLE

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ALMA HEALTH SERVICES. .We switched and oh it is soooooooo much better

I saw the potential in this company. i worked here for 5 months . very unorganized. the office manager is ridiculous dirty and a gossiper. she spread rumors about the CEO and he still defended her....... we all know what that mean. anyways, CEO didnt have any idea how to run an office. everything was all over the place. papers everywhere including SS# ID's and important documents. meetings was about gossip and not on how to make my job better . they throw you all this different positions at you., and dont pay at all. receptionist starts you at 12$ also a scheduler at 12$ smh ., sorry not on my time . i tried it but i just couldnt with all the drama. sorry henry with christina in there stealing from you you will never go nowhere (nope it wasnt only nicole, she just never told on christina because thats her friend) i have proof. dont have anything against henry hes not a bad person. but i had to let it out !!
