Care less people work in this place they leave for days, weeks and months without contacting you for follow up appointment or a surgery need to be done the only thing they will do is prescribing vitamins for you because vitamins cam make you healthy.

The doctors are good but when it comes to my prescriptions being faxed it's like they are lazy or don't care about you needing your meds today

Very bad service .....no customer service skills I tried to make an appointment and the girl came on the phone n whispered something I said hello next thing I know I was on hold for like 20min

very bad service and unprofesional staff with no work ethics what so ever! i had so much problem to contact the clinic by phone due that the prescription did not apear on the pharmasist system and so i called the northgate clinic for some help on this matter but they had a bad system and when i finaly got thru the receptionist just put on hold no questions ask and wud hang up on me,i still tried a couple of times but the same situation still got hang up by the staff and when i went in person i ask to speak to a manager and they had me talk to joanna a supervisor at the clinic she sed it was a bad phone system that was hanging up on me but yet the following month it the same situation still getting hang up and when i went again in person i told joanna about the same situation and yet she sed it was resolved and ignored me, i know that the receptionist was hanging up on me but she wud not answer with her name and yet she wud hang up on me. they have very bad service!
