I was at the center on Wednesday. The staff was great. Very helpfully and friendly. A little problem with the I.V. but was nicely taken care of. Tks to all.

Cataract surgery -Surgeon great! My surgery required 2 separate visits. I felt like I was on an assembly line - which was not running well. People (staff did not seem to know what they were doing -with the exception being the anesthesiologist who wad very patient while he waited ...Both times I had an inexperienced Nurse - I believe both were in orientation. Turnover?? )They seemed to be fighting the system - as they had NO clinical EHR - used a paper based system (I was told the EHR was coming) I had completed an online registration but the information)
I highly recommend my surgeon and the anesthesiologist) but cannot recommend the center as it currently exists. Advise them to get rid of the current depersonalized assembly line! There are people who can examine systems that while 'getting the job done' efficantly' consider the whole person.
