I have a commercial business and have insured with the agency for couple years now, the prices are great, but the service horrible...the commercial agent - Jenny- doesn't treat her costumers as priority, hardly ever returns calls or emails, and takes too much time to resolve issues. Buyer beware.

I am new to the company and started with only one of my vehicles here. I was treated like I was important. My questions were answered and the information the car dealership needed they got very quickly. I decided to check to see how much I would save by moving my my other vehicles and home over and turns out that I am able to save several hundreds of dollars by doing so but also having the insurance I need to be compliant. The fact that they reviewed what I had and was able to save me money has really made my decision easier and the moving of my policy has been easy as well. I am very happy to have made the switch and suggest others to investigate what they have to see if it is what they need and call First American Insurance Agency as they will take very care of them.

I have been employed with First American Insurance for the last 6 years. This is a great place to work. They offer great benefits and flex time which is amazing because I am a working mom.

I can't say enough good things about this agency. I recently moved from out of state and their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and so far very friendly. The woman I worked with got me a great rate by writing my car insurance and a policy for my apartment.

They went to the DMV for me to get my new license plates. Which was great because no one wants to go there. And one of the ladies in the office even helped me get the old plates off my car so we could get the new ones on. They told me they would review my policy every year and if if goes up by, I think she said more than 10%, they will find me a new company. I couldn't be happier!
