Disgusting! My registered rep quit MML and I was never notified. I only found out six months later when he contacted me and wanted me to move my money to his new company. Meanwhile my statements from MML shill had his name on them.

Then the same thing others complain about, long waits on the phone and cant get a straight answer out of MML. It took half a year to get my money.

In addition they charge huge fees for a personal advisor that was not even there.

If I could give this company 0 or even negative stars I would! I have never had such difficulty getting a financial institution to hand over my funds. Seriously it took over a month! I have spent hours on the phone with my financial advisor and various idiots from MML including a woman named Ashley who left us on hold over nearly an hour before hanging up on us. Another employee told me he would call me to confirm that the funds were being sent and never bothered to follow through on that. I withdrew my authorization for them to automatically withdraw money from my bank account back in April it is now July and I just got a piece of mail telling me that they tried to withdrawal funds in June and were unable to do so. So glad I told my bank to block their withdrawals. This company will lie through their teeth and steal from you if they can. Do not let these criminals get their hands on your money!!!

Excellent place to work some free environment, always doing something on campus also offers a lot of incentives and promotional deals
