I was a satisfied customer for over 20 years with this agency. Until the past few years I began to feel very unsure of the competency of the office personal. After several calls with questions concerning my business account and not feeling as if I received a fair quote. I took it upon myself to call another agency and in 5 minutes had all my questions answered and got literally twice the coverage for half the price. I contacted Dave Matthews to try to remain loyal after all this time. He seemed less than interested. I then brought my home owners and four vehicle to the new agency (Habermans) and after an apples to apples comparison I saved just over $1900.00. After 20 years of loyalty you would hope your agent would have your best interest in mind. Very Disappointed!!!!!!!!
