Slow and takes forever and they are to nosy

My family and I have been People's Bank costumers for over 15 years, and for the most part we have been satisfied with their products and services. However, on a recent phone call to the West Springfield branch regarding a check policy, I expected knowledgeable, and courteous responses for my inquiries. Instead what I received from the assistant manager Jennifer Kollisch were rude and condescending responses. During our short conversation, as I inquired about the policy she became frustrated and she abruptly ended the call, leaving me with unanswered questions and forcing me to re-evaluate my relationship with Peoples Bank. Going forward I foresee us becoming members at other institutions who truly value the meaning of customer service.
