I came in with an injury from work on my ankle , after being spoken to I asked if I could smoke a cigarette while I waited they told me somebody would be calling me in 10 minutes and being immobilized I didn't got them I asked 28 minutes later when I'd be seen and they said about 15 minutes all while my ankle is broken then they stick me in a room with an ice pack for another 25 minutes to shut me up I assume and then they do nothin to calm my pain nothing to help me and nothing treated me like I was being a baby when I'm all reality my ankle is broke. I'm 3 places ohhhhh then thy prescribe me naproxen lmao like Advil is gonna help me don't go here when you are hurt if you actually want relief oh and before I even left the pharmacy called me to say I need another doctor to write the script because his license was no longer active. The only pleasant part of my experience was Tanya she made me feel at ease unlike everybody else .

Wait time was ridiculously long. I waited 1 1/2 hours to just be evaluated. Staff was super nice.

I was sent there for a pre-employment physical. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes then I got brought into the exam room and I sat there for another half hour. The physical exam took about 10 minutes and it was a total waste of my 1 day off. Not to mention when they did my eye exam for pre-employment they wrote down that I have 20/20 vision eyewear glasses did not have my glasses on and know for a fact I do not have 20/20 Vision in both my eyes. I could have said whatever I wanted I could have lied about my past history and they would never know the difference. Just goes to show you a pre-employment physical that determines whether or not you're fit for security work police officer work or armed guard work through this company is not trustworthy thank God I actually am in good physical health!

I would give less than 1 star but this is not an option. Gina, behind the counter, was extremely rude. They were very disorganized and the process for a simple tetanus vaccine took over two hours. I will never return if I have an issue.

It was very busy but everything was organized and no time was wasted. From paperwork to the nurses out back. It was a well managed team
