My daughter and I love this place. Love the soup and sandwiches. Nice for a good lighter meal. Just a little costly.

Panera is a chain, so one knows what to expect. The breads, soups, and salads are fabulous. It is a great option for a quick meal.
The West Sprinfield location is better than average. There is plentiful outdoor seating for the warmer months. In the winter there are a couple of comfortable, upholstered chairs in front of a faux fireplace. I have found this space comfortable and relaxing.
I find the service at this location to be better than average.

This is my favorite Panera location. There's always seating, and it's cozy. This visit I tried the lobster roll. I was very impressed with the amount of lobster I got. The roll was buttery and soft.

I have never been a big fan of Panera's but my husband is. We had dinner there tonight an hour before closing. It's the end of the night, so cleaning needed to be done and baked goods were slim, but or meal was good. We decided to beat the line by using the kiosks. It was easy to use, provided pictured in case we needed to see, and the were paper menus close by to browse through also.
Our food was ready in less than 5 minutes and one of the staff was nice enough to help my husband find the ice coffee. The staff kept themselves busy and help customers as needed and the line moved fairly quickly.
