We visited bar Louie today greeted by a nice young lady at the door. Don’t know her name. But everything was fine until we sat down. Our “waiter” Desiree exceptionally rude from the moment we sat down, from us ordering and attempting to add to our order. After about ten minutes of rude and unacceptable unprofessional behavior we got our things and left. Wish we could we’ll visit again, but not likely.

The atmosphere is nice and the food was pretty good. The fish was a little chewy. The reviews about service being slow are very true. Not enough people on staff.

The food was nothing spectacular, slightly overpriced. The service was poor. We arrived around 7 pm on a Sunday night. It was not "crowded" by any means. The service was not attentive. Our server would tells us he would be back to refill our drinks and would forget and after we paid, he walked by our table 4 times telling us he would get our to go box and he kept forgetting..
The only reason I would give this place another chance would be for their (happy hour) drinks..

Service was extremely slow on a Saturday morning for brunch. There were 3 tables outside when we showed up, and minimal customers inside the restaurant. It took 45-50 minutes to bring out eggs and a chicken sandwich. We assumed the kitchen was slow.... but when we received our food it was all cold. Our food had been sitting and our server neglected to bring it to us. I was missing part of my food, and the server didn't bring it back out. Poor service and experience.
I brought this to the attention of the manager, and she was really great and took care of our bill, and gave us free appetizer coupons, which we appreciated.
