Enterprise screwed up so we had to call a couple other rental agencies until we found this one which had a car available for pickup

Price was better than most rental car place. The van that was delivered was not clean inside.

I will never rent another vehicle from the company. The original rental was for a week but it was extended. Mathematically I paid for that month. Now they took an extra 450 out of my account after they took $1622 two days before that. Then Daniel or Danny I believe got a very nasty disposition with me knowing I was in a bad mood. They have done nothing to resolve my problems only make them worse. My account is in the negative because this place. I never I repeat I will never rent from them again.

I cannot say enough things about how seamless my rental experience with Avis was. I picked up/returned my car at different locations but had great and fast customer service at both of them. When my rental got a flat tire on the way to the airport, they were quick to help me get roadside assistance and then expedited my check-in process when returning my car so that I could make my flight!

This Avis location at the Westin has been a great place to do business -- with Abdi and Mo. However, this franchise was just bought out by Jennifer and the first rental I had with her went terrible. My weekly rental was brought back a day early. My rental agreement for about $240, resulted in a charge of $370 including an extra day charge (recall that I brought it back a day early). I called her on Monday and she said there was nothing she could do...I'd need to call corporate customer service...it had been 24 hours after I returned the car. Then she got upset that I was upset. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was it.
AWFUL SERVICE. INVOICE almost 50% higher than estimate for one less day. Customers BEWARE.
