I have been waiting since May for my Invisalign trays. It is currently Aug. NO ONE has called to apologize for the wait. NO ONE has taken responsibility. I even had a manager call me and say that they were looking into my case to possibly charge me more money than I already paid. Which is funny because they didn't look into my case to figure out why I hadn't received my trays yet. I just want my trays. That's all I'm asking. The doctor told me that my case was simple and it would take 1 month to get my trays. ITS CURRENTLY 4mons later.

Alway take for ever to be seen my appointment was at 2:30 got here at 2:00 its 3:24pm atill have not been seen. Every body has been seen but use no traffic in or out but yet i been eaiting a hour

Best ever experience. I am very afraid of dentist, I have had lots of bad service at private dentists. This place is awesome.

Absolutely the best dental experience I've had in years!! From the financial staff who was very helpful and supportive to the Dental Staff who were extraordinary.The Dental Asst was such a pleasure to interact with and excellent at her duties. Made me feel comfortable under my own stressful conditions. The Dentist was excellent at his profession. He was the best Dentist I have experienced in years and maybe ever. He was conversational,professional and his chairside manner was excellent. I felt comfortable and at ease with this staff!! I had a tooth extracted and had an infection as well.This Staff handled my issue perfectly!! Thank you very much!! Blessings to the Staff!!
