This was my first visit to Premier Dental Partners in the Central West End. Very convenient since I work at BJC can just walk to their office. Staff was very nice. I had Lana for my hygienist, she was kind, talkative and did a great job cleaning my teeth. After that I saw Dr Kofkoff, she was was also very sweet and pleasant to talk to. I am happy with my first visit and will go there for future care.

While I never look forward to going to the dentist, I do think that Premier Dental in CWE does a great job all around. Items worth praising them for include:
1) I never feel I have to wait to get in for my appointment. My chair in the waiting room never actually warms up.
2) The staff is courteous, personable, and seems to remember a good bit about their patients, even if conversations are only every 4-6 months.
3) I have never felt like I was being "up-sold" and appreciate that Premier Dental will monitor potential problems, sometimes for a long time, rather than jumping in with expensive treatment. Another place across town took a different approach.
