Excellent customer service I went last Friday I talked to Miss Dona she takes care customer doesn't how the customer is... Miss Dona is is honest, lovely, nice etc. .

I was amazed at the amount of money they were able to save me and how informative they were. They explained to me exactly what type of coverage I was purchasing as far as what would be covered and what wouldn't. All their staff members were more than helpful. I highly recommend them as a personal insurance agent.

I live in Illinois and recently switched my auto insurance from State Farm to Allstate and am extremely satisfied with the service I got from Jim and the other employees in the office. They were very thorough an fast acting. I am saving nearly $300 a year now! I would recommend them, and have, to anyone who is either in the market for new insurance , or even just looking to change things up a bit and save some money!!
