Very sad experience I'm sorry to say. Poor service I can deal with if food is good but food was disappointing as well. I would have loved to complain to someone but couldn't get a water refill let alone see a manager. Won't be returning.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Central West End Location. This Location has good food but very poor service. The managers are rude and they are severely understaffed and ignore their tables. Every time i try this location and give them a chance they fail me. Then I called the supervisor about poor service was offered a free appetizer and NEVER got it. Then I tried employment here (for fun as a weekend job) and they were very rude to me. I'll stick to my day time career choice. I would never eat or work at this location. They are trash and treat customers horribly. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

I attended this place twice during the same week...Apperantlly I didn't learn from my first time...I was by myself on a Tuesday and I was told there was 30 minutes wait for a table for 1, restaurant was pretty much empty. It was because they didn't want to "overwhelm" the kitchen. Then I went on Thursday with a group of 4, same thing, 30 minutes wait and the place was empty, they didn't want to "overwhelm" the kitchen. I don't get it. Not cool.

The salmon skin roll was probably the best I've ever had. Decent price, nice staff, and the food was all really good. My only issue was a long wait to get a table but that was probably due to the time and day I went.
