Very rude receptionist, Amy, who has trouble multitasking. Hung up on me after repeated attempts to schedule a job shadow for a high school student, she said I wasn't a priority--we already had permission from the vet!! Called back an hour later, hoping she was not as busy and she said they were not allowing job shadows. Way to support children in your community!!
