Big dispoinment. Slow service. Server forgot what I order. Server brought my beer when I almost done with my food. Server didn't even care to come back on our table and ask if we need anything. I call server and ask if I can get glass of water she said yeah she be right back with the water but no one come back. I think one star is enough for this restaurant. Not going back poor service. Servers don't know how to deal with customers

My honey n I shared, enjoyed a two for $25 dinner, i believe it was. Ordered cocktails. Kids enjoyed too. Great dinning.

Had one of the best chicken and shrimp plates! So good. Our server was great.

Some of the worst service ever. Curb side service is a joke. I called to place a to go order. 1st time I called was placed on hold to wait on Josh to take my order. I was on hold for 7 mins for him to hang up on me. I called back and was hung up on 2 more time with no hello, can I help you, nothing. The last call a young lady answered the phone apologized and told me Josh would b the one to take my order. On hold for another 6 minutes for Josh to pick up the phone to say can I help u then immediately hang up in my face as soon as I started talking. By this time I pulled up and asked to speak to the manager. I told him of the customer service I received and showed him in my phone of the proof. He could have cared less. He replied with do u know what u want I can take your order. No apologies nothing. Not looking for any thing free. But it would have been nice to offered a discount or something. I've been offered a drink (non alcoholic )while I wait numerous times. Top it off my order was wrong when I got home.

I love happy hours at Applebee's and it is one of the very few places open late. Drinks are great and atmosphere is friendly. Just remember this is fast food in a restaurant. Drinks seem to get weaker into the night!!
